Exchange of vows under the Great Oak. We kindly request an unplugged ceremony.

Cocktail Hour
Sunset drinks and hors d'oeuvres on the terrace with live jazz.
6:30 PM – Late
Reception & Dancing
Formal dinner served in the Conservatory followed by dancing under the stars.
Dress Code
Garden Party Elegant. Think light colors, airy fabrics, and comfortable shoes for outdoor terrain.
Transportation
Shuttle departs from The Heritage Hotel at 3:45 PM. Complimentary valet parking is available at the venue.
Weather & Elements
We hope for clear skies, but in case of rain, all festivities will move into the glass-enclosed Conservatory.

While we would love to have everyone, we are limited by venue capacity. Invitations specify the exact number of seats reserved in your honor. If you have any questions regarding your invitation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We thank you for your understanding and hope you can join us for a night of celebration and relaxation.
We want all our guests to enjoy a delicious meal! Please indicate any specific allergies or dietary needs (vegan, GF, etc.) in the RSVP form. Our catering team is highly experienced in accommodating specific restrictions with gourmet alternatives.
Plans change, and we understand! You can update your RSVP by resubmitting the form with the same email address, or by sending a quick message to our wedding coordinator, Elena, at hello@evervow.com before May 20th.
